In employment litigation, Daniel is a versatile, big-picture litigator with an acute ability to develop case strategies and themes that well-position the matter for resolution or trial. He believes that client engagement is central to successful defense litigation, and will manage the relationship transparently so that clients can see how their interests are being served at every stage of the litigation process.

Prior to joining Kennedy McCarthy & Rumm, LLP, Daniel served as general counsel to a large nutraceutical manufacturer where he advised management on a range of matters, including labor compliance, and employment investigations/dispositions, safety, and policies. He also represented the company in various labor agency matters. Through his corporate experience, Daniel has gained practical approaches to assisting and advising business clients on day-to-day, novel, and industry-specific employment issues.
